Is it safe to use a VPN in Tunisia?
VPNs themselves are not banned in Tunisia. The country has had its struggles with censorship, but the fact that VPNs remained unbanned is a massive win for freedom.
This means not only would it be safe to use a VPN, but it would be recommended – provided, of course, that your VPN doesn’t leak data or keep logs that could later be used against you by the authorities.
Free VPN for Tunisia
We’d recommend not using a free VPN at all, straight off the bat. Why is that?
Businesses need income to sustain themselves. For a VPN, this income usually comes from registration and payments made by users to use the service. An alternative, that can still sometimes go hand in hand with the first option, is advertising.
